Registration and Data Submission Deadlines

Onpoint’s Claims Data Manager (CDM) for the Georgia APCD is now available for those who have completed the registration process. To log into the portal, simply visit the Onpoint CDM sign-in page and follow the “Forgot your password?” instructions to reset your password for portal access.

As a reminder, registration must be complete before you are able to access Onpoint CDM and submit data to Onpoint for the Georgia APCD. For those who have yet to register, registration was due March 7, 2023. To register, simply visit the GA APCD registration form and complete the online form.

Submitters should send or upload a PGP-encrypted test file to the data collection portal no later than April 7 , 2023. Historical data submissions for the 6/1 th /2020 – 12/31/2022 reporting period are due to Onpoint by June 1, 2023. We highly encourage testing of portal access and submission upload at your earliest convenience. Finally, payers have the option of submitting extension and exemption requests directly to the Georgia APCD team.

• Extension of the deadline for one or more mandated submissions
• Exemption from submitting data for a specific plan if enrollment is below 500 members
